It can be tough to get hold of good, honest and reliable escort photographers when you first start in the escort industry. It is also easy to get caught by sleazy (un)professionals promising paid shoots in exchange for sexual services.

The two most valuable pieces of advice we can offer: DO NOT show your face on your escort website and DO NOT publish your escort photos elsewhere (or use photos that have been published elsewhere). You will be suprised how many people look at escort websites and you will come unstuck if you ignore this advice.

Your escort photos should not go on Facebook, Bebo, MySpace or be shown to your boyfriend or friends. In fact, if you have a safe in your house, put the CD and the prints in there! Do not use them on modelling portfolios either. Most escort photography work is recognisable to other professionals - taking an escort photo to a modelling agency as part of your portfolio wouldn't be advisable. You might not care what people think of you escorting now, but in a few years time you might be running for Prime Minister or something equally important, and you won't want them surfacing then will you?

Ignore anyone who tells you that you need to show your face to get work. Cropping just above a lovely smile or blurring your features will not limit your earning capacity.

It may not be the most glamorous studio around but is well located in Fulham with pay and display parking on a quiet street. You will have great photos and a non-rushed shoot. Derek listens to you and is open to ideas but is also happy to direct those who haven't had professional photos taken before. Great turn around for retouched shots too - you are likely to have your photos ready in 24-48 hours but don't hesitate to ask him to redo them if you feel the retouching isn't quite right. Derek's shoot is likely to cost you around £250.

His Chelsea-based studio is clean and comfortable but don't be late! Michael usually has several appointments in the day which means he will rush yours in order not to delay the next one (fair enough). Michael charges up to £350 for a shoot including makeup.

Popular Fulham-based London photographer with a great studio - Natasha uses a number of backgrounds which you will recognise in many London escort photos. Natasha works at a leisurely pace and takes care of every detail to perfection which means your photoshoot is likely to take around 4 to 5 hours. She can be forceful with directions on those not too experienced with photoshoots and can come across as a little intimidating. Just don't take it personally and you will see that Natasha is a very nice and pleasant lady just trying to do an excellent job for you. One big downside with Natasha: be prepared to wait 2-4 weeks for your photos, and time equals money in this business. Natasha charges up to £500 for a shoot - this includes hair and makeup which she does herself (and very well too).

Myk has two midlands based studios with easy access from the M5. He is a nice guy to deal with, very professional and efficient. He isn't a full time escort photographer so will be happy to tailor a package for you depending on how many photos you need and what you are looking for. Shoots are very reasonably priced too.
